Great location. Friendly, helpful staff. Need to start spending the $11 facility fee newly added to bill. The elevator and bathtubs need refurbishing. Elevator entryway takes a beating and it shows. Caulk around tub is cracking and loose. Carpet is very nice, and bed and covers were comfortable. Macadamie cookies were good.
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! We came to town to tour SFA and needed a room at the very last minute, and they were incredibly accommodating. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and helpful. Michelle, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She was kind, professional, and made the whole process seamless. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed after a long drive. We’re so grateful for their hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!
I checked in early which is why I assume the carpet feels muggy, but it could be that the ac was turned off for a while which caused it to. The biggest issue I have is with the toilet. Since I'm a male and when I have to go number 2, the bowl is too small. Other than that, it's a pretty normal room and nothing really sticks out and for the price, I'm not complaining. Also, the front desk attendant was very friendly which helps make the experience better.
Was hesitant from some of the negative reviews online. Very glad I stayed here. There are remodel supplies on site but they are kept out of the interior. The entire facility was very clean and neat. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast in the morning was excellent as always at Holiday Inn Expresses. Definitely a quality hotel if you need one. I travel for work.
Katie at the front desk was very helpful. We arrived late at night and she made sure that we were given a comfortable room with minimal noise. I wish more hotel staff were like her. This is an older hotel but it is under renovation and will look really nice soon. The room was very spacious.
Checked in the last week of august with Taylor who was very kind and gracious towards me even when I was exhausted from Tavel. She made me feel welcomed. Then 2 weeks later I had left my briefcases, and Taylor was again able to locate and find it for me after a brief description. She even brought it up to my room for me. I highly recommend staying here, with the wonderful staff who definitely needs a raise!
Very nice people. We had two rooms, one had been remodeled and the other was dated but still clean and nice. They are remodeling all of their rooms. I would recommend this location.
This hotel felt clean and comfortable. Could ask for a little more in the small gym but no other complaints. Staff was friendly and breakfast had all the normal items. I typically stay with Hampton, but the one next door...needs a bit of cleaning. If you're traveling to Nac and like me, stay with Hampton, choose this Holiday Inn.
